Cancellation and Refund Policy

At M7 Group, we strive to provide exceptional accounting and related services to our clients. We understand that circumstances may arise where cancellation of services is necessary, and we aim to accommodate such situations to the best of our ability. Please review our return, cancellation and refund policy outlined beside:
Refunds for one-time services will be provided under the following circumstances:
  • If the client cancels the service before any work has begun, a full refund will be issued.
  • If the client is dissatisfied with the service provided, they may request a refund within 5 days of the service completion date. Refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, considering the nature of the dissatisfaction and the work completed.
Recurring billing services are subject to the following refund policy:
  • Clients may cancel their recurring billing service at any time. No refunds will be issued for the current billing period, but future billing will cease upon cancellation.
  • Refunds will be provided for any overcharges or incorrect billings upon verification.
General Refund Guidelines:
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing (email or letter) and include the client’s name, contact information, service details, and reason for the refund request.
  • Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of approval.
  • The accounting firm reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.
  • In exceptional circumstances, such as proven fraud or gross negligence on the part of the accounting firm, full refunds may be issued regardless of the stated policy.

  • Policy Changes: We reserve the right to modify or update our cancellation and refund policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.
